We follow a 6 step process to ensure quality:

1. POWER WASHING - This must be done before painting. All homes have a layer of dirt, mildew, etc. that can only be removed by 2,000 to 3,000 PSI power washing.

2. SCRAPING - All loose paint must be removed. We do this the old-fashioned way, by hand.

3. REPAIRS - If you have any repairs prior to painting, we have skilled professionals to handle most repairs.

4. PRIMING- All exposed wood must be primed to properly accept the new paint. We use latex and oil based primers depending on the wood.

5. CAULKING - We caulk all windows, entrances, and all major wood joints.

6. PAINTING - We don't start cutting corners here either. We use Sherwin Williams Exterior Super Satin Paint.
